CUSTOM
DESIGN
Using advanced Solidworks software, our skilled engineers create new prototypes and develop existing designs. We work together with our customers to produce high quality, cost effective solutions that are delivered to their requirements.
LASER
CUTTING
Laser cutting machinery accurately produces precision parts with smooth finishes. Designs are fed to our state-of-the-art CNC fibre optic laser machines to achieve high production output and precision. We can cut up to 8mm Aluminium, 8mm Mild Steel and 6mm Stainless Steel up to six metres in length. We can also source and process other materials.
PUNCHING
& ENGRAVING
We are capable of punching, etching and engraving a large range of materials. Our machinery is well equipped to handle mass production with speed and precision, as well as higher detail, lower quantity parts and components.
FOLDING
& FORMING
On our 5 CNC press brakes we can fold materials up to 4.2 metres long.
HARDWARE
INSERTION
We have machinery to equip parts with specific hardware. From insertion machines for clinch nuts, pins, standoffs and studs, to rivet and rivnut guns. We can cater to unique hardware requirements.
WELDING
Our core welding processes are TIG, MIG and spot welding. We specialise in aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel.
COATING
& FINISHING

KITTING + ASSEMBLY
Efficiency is paramount in Monarch operations; our kitting and assembly services are no exception. Our team can assemble and pack parts however required with meticulous attention to detail. We work with a number of companies that require us to assemble + pack their finished product so they can put their main focus on their core business.

& DELIVERY
We efficiently package all items and ship them so they reach their intended destination at exactly the right time. Small or large, local or global, we’ll deliver product where it's needed, when it's needed. We can also warehouse it for just-in-time delivery.
